Startup Engineering Series is Interview Series hosted to promote entrepreneurs & hustlers across the Planet Earth. This series envisions to bring more contextual insights into what it takes to become successful and how much patience, madness and positivity is required as an added essence to it.

This week we are hosting Mr. Aditya Dave who is a Founder & CEO of LAARI, a startup redefining street food by manufacturing smart street food carts in India.He has currently impacted more than 52 street food vendors positively. LAARI has been recognized locally by media and been trusted by government in US as well.

Aditya has been working with the local startup ecosystem in different roles for last 4 years and have been leading communities. He is Global Facilitator for Techstars Startup Weekend, Karmaveer Chakra instituted by UN awardee. He has been the only scholar from India to be a part of Watson Institute Spring Incubator -2019.

He has keen interest and experience of last 3 years in Edu tech and Hardware startups. His initiative ALLAGII is currently affecting more than 1500 school students across Gujarat with establishment of entrepreneurship cells in government school of gujarat and more than 52 workshops across state.

He also leads Uppskale - a Gujarat government startup creating India's first chain of student think tanks to solve corporate problems with involvement of academia.

In year 2019 he has spoken in more than 8 countries and 34 cities on Design thinking, Business Model Canvas and Starting a startup by his talks and workshops.
